About us

Sententia Consulting is a young and rapidly growing consulting firm that supports a range of government organisations. We provide a broad range of services to best meet our client’s needs, including strategy and risk management, project confidence, assurance, IT consulting and probity and integrity services.  We provide frank and fearless advice that leaves our clients armed to manage risk and better equipped to contribute to positive change in society.

The Sententia Program

Sententia Consulting is seeking exceptionally talented and driven graduates to be part of our 2025 intake. As a graduate at Sententia you will be working with some of the most influential organisations in the Australian government to solve some of their most complex programs. You will be supported from day one by a team of experienced and exceptional consultants.

Our graduates are a key part of both internal projects and client engagements.  You will be involved in client interviews, analysing and assessing data and documentation and directly delivering work and advice to our clients. You will be supported by an induction program and ongoing mentoring to ensure you are best prepared for the work we do.

Sententia Consulting puts you in the driving seat of your career. We will give you the skills, time and support to reach the development path that suits you. This is achieved through ongoing training and certifications as well as through working with a variety of clients and colleagues with experience across a range of industries. 

Our difference

Sententia Consulting was born from a desire to challenge the status quo and be innovative in how we support our people and clients. Our staff come from a variety of backgrounds, including Big 4, industry and government, brought together by this shared desire.  

In the three years since our formation, we have experienced phenomenal growth, which has led to Sententia Consulting being recognised by the Australian Financial Review as the 28th fastest growing start up in Australia.

What we are looking for

We are open to graduates from all backgrounds and encourage applications from new graduates or those looking for a career change. We don’t look just at your academic records, we look for those with drive, ambition, creativity and an interest in articulating solutions to the big problems our clients face. We are open to applicants with formal university qualifications or those with other relevant experience.

Our work often covers a broad range of topics and staff have the opportunity to work on what interests them, not simply what is in their job title.

Key dates

Applications open from the 22nd of February to the 31st of March and will be assessed on a rolling basis, so make sure you apply early so you don’t miss out.
