The Role

Join the SMEC Graduate Development Program where you’ll have the chance to work on some of the most complex projects in Australia.

As part of our program, you will get to:

• Contribute to the delivery of major industry projects and local community ventures
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, reports, and other documents

About You

• Studying a relevant engineering degree in your final year, or have graduated within the last 2 years
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to effectively manage one's time and workload
• A developed knowledge of analytical methods, tools, and principles
