Accounting Assistant

*The Position:*

• We’re looking for an Accounts Assistant
• The job is a full-time position beginning on 1/08/2023.
• The pay range we’re offering is for this position is: $55,000 - $65,000.
• We offer Free Parking at the location as well as Amenities on site such as Gym.

*Requirements:*

• 1+ Years of Accounting Experience.
• Experience using accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, SAP.
• Must have own mode of transportation. 

*Responsibilities:*

• Will be supporting the accounting team with their day-to-day activities.
• Ledger Entry and Book-keeping
• Assist in preparation of Income and Expenditure Reports, Profit and Loss Statements and Trial Balances
• Business Activity Statements & Tax reports
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Bank Reconciliations and Petty Cash Reconciliations
• Payroll Preparation
• Utilise MYOB, Xero, SAP 

The Location: Our client is currently based in Padstow and will be soon moving their offices to Leppington in an industrial area thus personal transportation is preferred.
