Admin Assistant

• Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate staff.
• Assigning incoming tasks to the Accounts Department.
• Assisting the Accounts Department with sending invoices and statements.
• Overseeing warehouse operations, including stock ordering, receipting, and conducting stocktakes.
• Processing and escalating incoming orders.
• Managing office databases, including updating records, data entry, and addressing customer queries.
• Monitoring and documenting equipment repairs.
• Maintaining communication with third-party vendors.
• General administrative tasks, such as handling mail, greeting visitors, ordering office supplies, managing banking tasks, and ensuring office maintenance.
• Contacting customers regarding collections.
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as needed.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• At least one year of prior administration experience.
• Strong attention to detail and proficient data entry skills.
• A customer-focused attitude with a can-do approach.
• A team-oriented mindset and a positive contribution to workplace dynamics.
• A pleasant and effective phone manner.
• The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using MS Office programs. 
• Salary is negotiable, based on experience.
