MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Compliance and Contract Management:
• Manage fulfillment of the projects' contractual, DA, regulatory, and legislative obligations.
• Monitor HSE compliance of all site-based activities.
• Ensure that counterparties fulfill their obligations under the various contracts.
Asset Management and Operations:
• Takeover assets from construction team and coordinate handover of asset from first-term O&M to second-term O&M.
• Lead evaluation of new technologies and investments from an asset management perspective.
• Develop and maintain asset management plans, internal processes, and procedures to ensure efficient delivery of AM services.
Financial Management and Budgeting:
• Support preparation and review of annual budgets, analysis of P&L variance, and cashflow forecast.
• Review and approve invoices for products and services provided to the projects.
• Lead and support various workstreams associated with assets' refinancing.

Market and Insurance Management:
• Coordinate development and implementation of market trading strategies.
• Coordinate LGC registrations with internal teams.
• Coordinate placement of required insurance policies and manage insurance claims.

Procurement and Contract Development:
• Contribute to the development and refinement of scope for asset management, O&M, and other key operational contracts.
• Lead internal approval requests for procurement of new services, CAPEX, and OPEX.

Relationship Management and Communication:
• Maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders.
• Ensure all internal, contractual, regulatory, and ad-hoc reporting are carried out in a timely manner.
Other Responsibilities:
• Provide ad-hoc support for other asset management activities.

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
• 1-2 years’ experience in project management or asset management of Australian solar or wind projects
• Strong technical, contractual and commercial understanding of solar/wind/BESS operating assets
• Strong analytical, negotiation, project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience working within cross-functional teams to achieve common goals, and the ability to motivate and mentor team members
• Ability to adapt to changes in the market and regulations, and handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

EDUCATION
• A degree in finance, engineering, science, or a related field
