Business Administrative Trainee

The applicant will be responsible for:

  • Receive, transfer and make phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Dealing with outgoing and incoming correspondence.
  • Meet and great all clients.
  • PA duties for the director.
  • Collecting mail from post office.

The successful candidate will be someone who has:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Well-presented with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in business administration.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office programs & Outlook.
  • Any experience with QuickBooks and HandiSoft would be an advantage.

The candidate is placed under our 3 months unpaid Professional Internship Program.
