ABOUT POSITION:

  • We’re looking for 2 individuals to work as a Business Analyst Intern.
  • Our host company offers meaningful work experience, strong supervision, supportive work environment, and is planning to offer ongoing employment for the suitable candidate.
  • Will be a part-time role, spanning about 20 hours per week.

ABOUT YOU:

You must:

  • Be a Self-Learner
  • Willing to work with Australian based AI Tech
  • Willing to be part of the Business unit to guide and resource business plan requirements.
  • Willing to be part of the Product unit to guide and define the Customer Pain Points and define the customer experience.
  • Have knowledge in both IT and Business Function
  • Have a disciplined approach to handling tasks and software.
  • Be able to identify and facilitate change.
  • be studying a relevant degree qualification or a recent graduate.
  • have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • have the necessary technical and soft skills to perform the job.
  • be committed to a career in your field of study.
  • be able to work at least 3 days per week.

LEARNING OUTCOMES:

  • Finding Solutions to maximize value delivered by client to stakeholder.
  • Will work across all levels of the business architecture, including defining strategies to taking ownership projects that will support continuous improvement in technologies and processes.
  • Will be helping the client improve and maximize the way they do business.
  • Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
  • Managing users and user roles.
  • Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts if necessary.
  • Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets.
  • Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
  • Helping develop reports and analysis.
  • Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
  • Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
  • Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
  • Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.
  • Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
  • Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
  • Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems.
  • Training end-users on new reports and dashboards.
  • Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.

LOCATION:

The host company is located at the heart of Melbourne CBD and easily accessible by public transport/parking facility is available.
