Human Resource Management Internship
The Position:
We’re looking for HR Intern.

Requirements:
- You must be studying a relevant degree qualification or a recent graduate.
- You must have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- You must have necessary technical and soft skills to perform the job.
- You must be committed to a career in your field of study.
- You must be able to work at least 3 days per week.
- You must be able to work in a team and independently.
Job Descriptions:
- You may be provided work experience in the following areas:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives - Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
