Responsibilities
- Level 1 and 2 IT Support
- Assisting with incidents and requests.
- Coordinate the creation of user profiles for company computer systems
- Support imaging of computers, troubleshoot printers and monitor communication links
- Security Admin for ERP System
- Certificate Tertiary qualification in IT
- Experience working in an IT-related role minimum 2 years technical experience in PC maintenance
- Demonstrated supporting knowledge of End User Computer hardware including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, & printers
- Sound understanding of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Outlook, Exchange, SharePoint & OneDrive
- Knowledge of basic networking such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and IP addressing/subnets, WLC wireless required to support basic desktop troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hybrid working arrangements available. Its a Sydney based role, eligible candidate has to have valid visa with full working rights.
