Service Consultant Internship

The Position:

• We’re looking for Service Consultant Interns.

The Location: Our client is based in Seven Hills.
Responsibilities:
This job description entails the following responsibilities:

• Field and Workshop Routine Service and Repair of Suction/Medical Gas Technology (Multi-Vendor).
• Field and Workshop Routine Service and Repair of Anaesthesia & Ventilation Technology (Multi-Vendor).
• Field and Workshop Routine Service, AS3551 Inspection and Repair of Bio/Electro medical Technology (Multi-Vendor).
• Your primary market focus will be the Aged and Community Health Care sector and the equipment common to these type facilities.
• Assist in the management of off-site projects, when necessary.
• Technical training sharing with other technical staff members, when called upon to do so.
• Achievement of exceptional service relationships with customers
• Ensure compliance with Company’s Policies and Procedures
• Ensure that your personal(van) spare parts stock levels are calculated and replenished accordingly, on a weekly basis.
• Ensure that all test devices utilised by yourself, have valid certification/calibration and are secure at all times.
• Awareness and control of warranty costs to the company
• Assist in continuous improvement of work practices and procedures
• Assist management when required for quotations, tender preparations and customer consultation
• Maintain your skills level through training to ensure customer relationship and technical expectations are met.
• Ensure all paperwork requirements are strictly adhered to and forwarded in a timely manner.
• Work closely with company group sales department when called upon to do so.
