About Our Site

Thales employs nearly 4,000 people over 35 sites in Australia, with over 1600 people employed in NSW alone. Sydney Olympic Park is the head office for Thales Australia, and hosts teams from our Corporate functions, Maritime and Land businesses. Our Opportunity

This one year maternity leave fixed term contract is positioned within Thales Learning Hub and its primary responsibility is the day to day management and coordination of practice activities and projects to ensure continuity of training activity, which requires; ensuring finances are managed for each course, supplier relationships are managed, students are prepared and supported around their learning activity and courses and projects are managed and coordinated through to completion.


  • End to End Course/Project Management & Coordination
  • Conduct all invoicing, payments and recharging activities for the allocated practice/s
  • Business Integration and Process Partner
  • Course Catalogue Systemisation and L&D Advice
  • General administrative support to Organization Development team as required

About You

You hold the following skills and attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience managing training events and projects 
  • Interests and or experience in Technical, Engineering and Project Management Fields
  • Sound understanding of financial management principles
  • Shows initiative and sound judgement when working independently or in a team

Special Requirements

The suitable candidate needs to successfully clear a pre-employment medical and police check.
