Tilt Renewables – Engineering Graduate Program

Our 2-year graduate program will be engineering focused and has been developed to support you in the early stages of your professional journey and provide you with the essential skills needed for a successful career. It is designed to provide you the opportunity to gain experience across a variety of business areas throughout Tilt Renewables.

· Melbourne based;

· Commencing February 2025;

· 3x 8-month rotations;

· Paired with a buddy to help you settle into each rotation;

· Matched with a mentor to support you during each rotation;

· A graduate sponsor to help you throughout the program;

What do I need to be eligible for the program?

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or double degree in Engineering and another related discipline e.g commerce, finance, law or science; 
• Completed your degree in 2023 or due to complete in 2024; and
• Must have the right to work in Australia for a minimum of two years from the commencement of the graduate program.
