This Opportunity

You will be a trusted Talent Acquisition Advisor supporting the business across retail, office and care driving full end to end recruitment plans and strategies, best practice recruitment solutions and attracting top talent across our business. You will play an instrumental role in positioning TPG’s Employer Value Proposition to the marketplace and be a brand ambassador for the business, ensuring the employee and candidate experience is managed throughout.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end Recruitment process (conducting job briefs, writing job advertisements, short-listing and screening applicants, arranging interviews, conducting reference checks and offering candidates’ positions).
  • Partner with business areas to gain a thorough understanding of future talent need and contributing to the wider TA sourcing strategy to ensure it remains fit for purpose.
  • Creatively source candidates through online advertising, resume search, LinkedIn and social media; Researching and introducing new channels to the team as they arise.
  • Assist with the on-boarding and induction processes; helping managers understand their role in the process but communicating out support.
  • Support with the growth and development of hiring managers to develop their competence in recruitment (includes interview techniques, feedback, and appropriate - conversations).
  • Actively contribute to building our talent community developing our talent pipeline through unique talent pools across various roles and regions.
  • Support and deliver recruitment projects as required.
  • Develop and report on key recruitment metrics and market trends, attending relevant networking events where necessary to bring new ideas back to the team.
  • Support with TPG’s on-boarding process, including the coordination of pre-employment screening and any mobility (where applicable) related administration.
  • Provide general support to broader People Experience Operations team when required including but not limited to the creation of employment contracts, contract variations and ahdoc projects.

Knowledge and Experience

  • You will be an enthusiastic self-starter who possesses strong communication and people skills.
  • Able to confidently work independently.
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders, providing exceptional service with the ability to guide an influence throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Commercial acumen and consulting skills with the ability to engage and influence.
  • Agile mindset with ability to collaborate with different teams and individuals to drive business outcomes.
  • Highly organised and strong recruitment administration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
