Your team

You will be working in our Investment Bank’s Global Banking (GB) business in our Melbourne office. You will be working closely with, and learning from, the GB country and sector coverage teams, as well as our product teams, providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

Your expertise

This program is open to all university students including pre-penultimate and also penultimate years. It also doesn’t matter what you’re studying.

Your program

The Women's Insight Program will take place on 26 and 27 March 2026 in our Melbourne office. It is designed to provide pre-penultimate and penultimate candidates at university, with exposure to UBS and the financial services industry. Successful candidates from this program who are in their penultimate year will be eligible to receive early 2026-27 Summer Internship offers within the Melbourne office. 

We're looking for someone interested in investment banking to bring different experiences, fresh ideas and creativity to the table.
