About: In the Cadetship program, you’ll have the chance to join one of our teams within UBS. We are hiring cadets in 2027 within areas of Asset Management, Global Markets, Global Research, Global Wealth Management, Operations and Technology. You’ll continue working toward your university degree while getting the opportunity to be a real member of our team. You'll work alongside our experts, gaining insights into the industry, our clients, our firm, and a specific area of interest. You’ll also develop new skills and expand your network.

The program will start on 1 February 2027. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations.

We are looking for current Year 12 students who:
• Show an interest in banking and financial services
• Maintain consistent academic effort and achievement at school
• Are predicted to achieve an ATAR of 85+
• Can analyze a problem, take a view, and come to a decision
• Communicate confidently
• Demonstrate drive and resilience
• Are team players
• Have work experience (paid or unpaid)
• Demonstrate accountability and integrity

We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. It’s important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team.
