Our Ventia Graduate Program is designed to turn potential into performance. This tailored two-year program provides experience across diverse, projects through 4 structured one on one rotations. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands on experience supporting AI driven projects and solutions that influence business outcomes.
In just two years you'll gain hands on experience in developing and deploying AI enabled solutions, applying data modelling and machine learning techniques to solve real world business challenges fast tracking your transition from university to the professional world. Supported by senior mentors and a dedicated graduate buddy, you'll be guided every step of the way as you gain real work experience and make a real impact across the communities and industries we serve.

Venita has endless opportunities for graduates in the following disciplines:
- Bachelor of Computer Science (AI major)
- Bachelor of Artificial Intelligence
- Bachelor of Data Science (AI/ML focus)
To be eligible for the Ventia Graduate Program, you must meet the following criteria:
- Successfully completed relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years or be in your final semester of study.
- Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship, Permanent residency, or Graduate Visa 485 (valid until the end of 2028).
- Willingness to travel and relocate for the duration of the rotation.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, testing, deployment, evaluation and continuous improvement of AI enabled solutions.
- Assist with data modelling and algorithm development to solve real world business challenges.
- Contribute to the responsible and ethical application of AI technologies.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Document, communicate, and present insights and outcomes to stakeholders.

- Adaptable, resilient, and accountable, with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
- Curious and innovative problem solver with a proactive approach to change and continuous improvement.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Preferred experience applying AI or machine learning concepts through academic, industry, or personal projects, including exposure to data modelling, programming, or AI-enabled solutions.
- Demonstrated initiative and commitment to professional development through leadership, extracurricular activities, certifications, competitions, or self directed learning.
