To be eligible for the Ventia Graduate Program, you must meet the following criteria:
- Successfully completed relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years or be in your final semester of study.
- Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship, Permanent residency, or Graduate Visa 485 (valid until the end of 2028).
- Willingness to travel and relocate for the duration of the rotation.
Responsibilities
- Support business operations, projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
- Conduct business analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Apply problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills to deliver quality outcomes.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
- Adaptable, resilient, and accountable, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Curious and proactive problem-solver committed to continuous learning and improvement.
- Experience in business or operational environments, including stakeholder engagement, administration, or process improvement, is advantageous.
- Demonstrated initiative through leadership, extracurricular activities, certifications, competitions, or personal projects.
