Our Ventia Graduate Program is designed to turn potential into performance. This tailored two-year program provides experience across diverse, projects through 3 structured one on one rotations. One 12-month rotation through Group Finance and two 6-month rotations in Project Finance. You will play a key role in supporting our financial operations, contributing to meaningful projects, and making a real impact on business outcomes.
In just two years, you'll gain hands on experience and targeted professional development, blending technical finance expertise with essential soft skills to fast track your transition from university to the professional world. Supported by senior mentors and a dedicated graduate buddy, you'll be guided every step of the way as you gain real work experience and make a real impact across the communities and industries we serve.

To be eligible for the Ventia Graduate Program, you must meet the following criteria:
- Successfully completed relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years or be in your final semester of study.
- Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship, Permanent residency, or Graduate Visa 485 (valid until the end of 2028).
- Willingness to travel and relocate for the duration of the rotation.
Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost management activities.
- Contribute financial analysis and insights to support commercial decision making.
- Assist with the development and improvement of financial processes and controls.
- Analyse and interpret data to inform business recommendations.
- Collaborate with finance and project teams to drive operational excellence.
- Continuously develop technical and commercial knowledge through learning opportunities.
