At Viva Energy Australia, we're constantly driving business outcomes through our Technology and finding ways to innovate and embrace digital transformation.

As a Graduate - Technology and Digital, you'll have the opportunity to dive into infrastructure, operating technologies, ERP systems, cybersecurity, data analytics all through an Agile delivery lens. You will work across all parts of business including Convenience and Mobility, Commercial and Industrial and Energy and Infrastructure and will be involved in optimising the day-to-day operations of the systems to drive operational excellence.

Your graduate experience

Our two-year Graduate Program will enable you to deepen and develop your technical and professional competencies through meaningful, challenging and rewarding work. Our personalised graduate program offers you:

  • Full time ongoing permanent position
  • A minimum of two rotations that will provide you with the opportunity to develop your knowledge, experience and technical competencies
  • Tailored professional development programs including a senior leader mentor
  • Support from leaders who will coach and guide you through each stage of the program and a buddy to provide you with day-to-day support

Eligibility criteria

  • Australian or New Zealand citizen or hold permanent residency
  • Completed the relevant undergraduate or post-graduate degree in the required discipline (within the past 2 years) prior to commencing the program
