- 3 x 4-month rotations
Some of the areas you may rotate through include:
Customer Protection and Support
Support customers through some of their most important and challenging moments, including fraud and scams, financial hardship, vulnerability, customer complaints, domestic and family violence, and bereavement. You'll help deliver fair and compassionate outcomes while developing strong problem-solving, judgement, and customer advocacy skills.
Customer Lifecycle Management
Help shape the end-to-end customer experience by supporting areas such as customer due diligence, financial crime, risk management, and operations. You'll contribute to improving processes, managing risk, and ensuring customers can bank with confidence throughout every stage of their journey.
