Your New Role

The Property, Risk & Resilience (PRR) Graduate Program gives you the opportunity to help keep Westpac safe, secure, and ready for the future. You'll gain exposure to everything from workplace and property management to crisis response, business resilience, operational risk, and governance.

As part of a team that supports all areas of the bank, you'll contribute to meaningful projects, help manage critical risks, and play a role in keeping our people, customers, and operations running smoothly.

What can you expect as a Property, Risk & Resilience Graduate?

  • 12–24 month program
  • 2–4 rotations, each lasting 6 months
  • Exposure to a wide range of teams and business areas

During your rotations, you could:

  • Support the bank's response to a crisis, incident, or business disruption
  • Help assess risks associated with major projects and service providers
  • Contribute to large transformation programs and governance frameworks
  • Gain hands-on experience across property, workplace, resilience, risk, and security functions
  • Work with stakeholders from across the bank and build a broad professional network

You'll also develop valuable skills in:

Eligibility

  • You must be in your final year of study of a university degree, or
  • You have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, but it must be no more than three years ago.
  • You also need to be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident when you apply.

You will need to be available to start with us as a permanent employee in February 2027.
