What can you expect as a Risk Graduate?
This is a 12-month program with 2 x 6-month rotations.

As a graduate in our Risk Division, your rotations will provide hands-on experience in key areas of risk management to gain essential skills and knowledge for a rewarding career in Risk.
Rotation areas may include Credit Risk, Market Risk, Cyber Risk, Data Risk, Financial Crime and Non-Financial Risk.
You’ll experience:
- Real business work challenges and build a broad understanding of how risk supports the bank and its customers.
- A holistic learning journey as all rotations are fully supported with on-the-job training, impactful project work, practical development workshops, and keynote events.
- Ongoing support and guidance from experienced professionals.
Future Career Opportunities
A career in Risk could lead to roles such as a Business Analyst, Modeller, Risk Manager or Risk/Quantitative Analyst.

Successful graduates will have a degree background in a quantitative field, AI or data-focused disciplines, including actuarial studies, modelling, mathematics, statistics, data/computer science and related fields.
Eligibility
- You must be in your final year of study of a university degree, or
- You have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, but it must be no more than three years ago.
- You also need to be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident when you apply.
You will need to be available to start with us as a permanent employee in February 2027.
