Your New Role

In the Technology Rotational Graduate program, you can expect to contribute to the development and design of software, applications, platforms, and networks at Westpac Group. Witness your creations deployed in production environments for use by our customers. Enhance your programming skills under the guidance of industry experts.

This is a flexible 12 to 24-month program with a maximum of four rotations. We’ll connect with you to understand your strengths and where you would like to grow to determine the right team for your first rotation. You’ll be lucky enough to gain insights into cloud capabilities, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data analytics, engineering, DevOps, and automation.

What you'll need to succeed:

You should join our Technology Rotational Graduate program if you love all things tech and have a STEM degree & background.

This program is perfect if you want breadth of experience. We will provide you with a range of hands-on experiences and skills that will leave you confident in your career journey beyond.

You will also need:

• To be in in your final year of study of a university degree, or
• You can have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, but it must be no more than three years ago.
• You also need to be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident when you apply.
