Celebrating 11 years of recognising Top Australian University Students & Universities
The Top100 Future Leaders Awards are your opportunity to make friends with students from universities across the country, gain exposure to Australia's top grad employers and have your name printed in The Australian Financial Review! These Awards provide you with a unique experience to develop your application skills, communication skills, and your personal branding, and as a Finalist you'll be able to accelerate your career.
"By being recognised as a Top100 Leader, it just opens up so many doors to you, and every employer wants to come and have a conversation with you and see what you’ve done, where you’re going." - Anthony Takyi, Head of Careers Engagement at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand
“I think just putting yourself out there and putting yourself through the experience of interviewing and talking to people, talk to companies that you want to one day work for. I think it is really valuable for building confidence and also reveals opportunities you might not have thought of.” - Isabella Andrews (Coles IT Top100 Future Leader Award Finalist, 2023)
"I really didn't think I was going to win but I just thought it would be a really rewarding process to go through. Like what a corporate interview is like, get that exposure to companies, and put myself out there and represent my community as well" - Saraa Al-Saddik (Transition Hub First in Family Top100 Future Leader Award Winner, 2023)
"I feel like I've made some lifelong friends and I've said to several of you - we've seen each other for 12hrs and I feel like I've known you for weeks!" - Emerson Nugent (Goodman Fielder FMCG Top100 Future Leader Award Winner, 2023)
"I'm going to leave this feeling very inspired by all the people I've met and really inspired by seeing so much diversity on the stage tonight - this is really cool!" - Stephanie Dunn (Quantium Data Science Top100 Future Leader Award Winner, 2023)

The Graduate +8.0 Job Focused Assessment is designed to predict successful job performance in entry-level non-managerial professional individual contributor roles for recent university graduates. The Graduate +8.0 was developed with the additional goals of promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process, creating a face valid and positive experience for candidates, and enabling global comparability.
