Celebrating 11 years of recognising Top Australian Graduate Employers
The Top100 Graduate Employers Awards celebrate the most popular graduate employers in Australia by industry, including graduate and internship employers. The list is published annually in the Australian Financial Review. The Top100 Awards Night in February is a highly valued evening for all graduate employers, as you can interact directly with top future talent and perhaps secure your next graduate program’s headliners!
Be recognised as one of Australia’s top and most sought-after graduate employers. The Top100 Employers are ranked by industry based on the user behaviour on GradConnection, Australia’s market leader for online student sourcing, insights and branding.
Many thanks for the support from the following organisations who are sponsoring this year's Top100 Employer awards and whose contribution also makes the awards night possible!
Our 2025 Top100 Graduate Employers Awards
We use hundreds of thousands of data points from our database to rank the Top100 graduate employers throughout the recruitment year.
Employers are ranked based on actual measured student application behaviour, and not survey data, which can be unreliable with high levels of human error and inaccuracy.
More than 70% of students who successfully obtain a position in a large graduate program use GradConnection when looking for their first graduate job (AAGE Candidate Survey)
GradConnection has a database of over 280,000 students in Australia from a wide variety of disciplines.
During peak months, 303,000 of unique Australian visitors visit our site to look for open opportunities.
We determine graduate employer popularity by the number of unique university student and graduate applicants they attract.
We do not measure the employer programs directly or base our rankings on the aspirations of the employer.
To be eligible for consideration, employers must have advertised graduate opportunities on au.gradconnection.com at some point during the Top100 Awards calendar year.
Note that this indicates that employers offering opportunities in multiple locations, across multiple disciplines, or at multiple times throughout the calendar year are more relevant to a broader set of graduates and therefore will naturally have a higher number of interested applicants in a given year.
