Role Responsibilities

• Support appropriate solutions that ensure operation efficiency.
• Problem resolution in accordance with procedures.
• Monitoring of application performance and stability.
• Maintain an up-to-date log of issues and requests.

About You

• Have obtained a relevant IT degree in Australia.
• Strong interpersonal skills – being communicative with your team and during stakeholder liaison.
• Proactive and self-sufficient, requiring limited supervision, but able to ask questions and seek assistance, where required.
• Ability to manage time and effectively prioritise tasks.
• Being self-motivated, with an eagerness to learn and a growth-oriented mindset.
• Possess a strong technical aptitude and the right attitude.

This role will amount to $55,250 including superannuation for a Graduate working full-time for 12 months.
