Role Responsibilities

  • Computer equipment relocation and asset tracking.
  • Setup of computers, laptops, notebooks, etc.
  • Provide support for printers and other peripheral equipment.
  • Liaise with staff and vendors as required.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows 10.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Have obtained a relevant IT degree in Australia.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – being communicative with your team and during stakeholder liaison.
  • Proactive and self-sufficient, requiring limited supervision, but able to ask questions and seek assistance, where required.
  • Ability to manage time and effectively prioritise tasks.
  • Being self-motivated, with an eagerness to learn and a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Possess a strong technical aptitude and the right attitude.

This role amounts to $55,250 including super for 12 months, full-time, 38 hours per week.
