ANZ’s award-winning graduate programs are specifically designed to fast-track the career you have been working so hard towards. You’ll be in the express lane from day one as every graduate is hand-picked and hired to fill a genuine business need. Then when you cross the finishing line, a job will be waiting for you in an area of your choice - along with a healthy “end-of-program” pay rise.

Things move fast at ANZ as we’re doing the important work that only one of Australia’s biggest banks with a global network can tackle. But don’t worry, we’re a nice bunch of people so you won’t be expected to have all the answers up front.

Instead, six monthly rotations will open your eyes to what’s possible at ANZ and what’s the best path for you to take. And the 18 or 24 months you spend on the program will be jam packed with learning and networking opportunities to set you up with the contacts, confidence, and expertise to turbo charge your career.

Each of our key business areas in Australia and New Zealand have programs that offer multiple rotations, including our Enterprise Finance Division.

About our Enterprise Finance Division

Our purpose in Enterprise Finance is to drive ANZ’s financial performance by shaping strategy, allocating resources, and ensuring decisions are based on facts. To ensure we achieve our strategy, our teams in Enterprise Finance work closely with ANZ’s core businesses. 

As an Enterprise Finance Grad you will:

· Drive business performance by providing strategic insight, proactive financial analysis and advice to the businesses you support

· Ensure the provision of accurate and timely financial information to a range of internal and external stakeholders

· Build for tomorrow, achieve value for the division and the bank by driving innovation, business change, and process improvements.

About the Enterprise Finance Program

As an Enterprise Finance Graduate you can gain exposure to the following departments: Financial Control, Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance Systems, Data and Innovation, Financial Business Partnering, Group Tax, Group Treasury, Investor Relations, Mergers and Acquisitions, Group Property and Group Procurement. With so many options, you will get to experience a variety of roles that will utilise your capabilities and push you out of your comfort zone. 

· You don’t need an accounting, banking or finance background to join Enterprise Finance – the nature of our work is always changing, we need people who work well collaboratively, are strong communicators, are curious and can deliver at pace. 

· You can expect to face challenges, make mistakes, and keep an open mind to continuous learning and personal improvement.
