All grads are hand-picked to fill a specific opening within the business so are in the driver’s seat from day one. About the Technology Program

 Step into the vibrant world of tech at ANZ and embark on an exciting adventure tailored just for you! 

As a Tech Grad, you'll not only be delving into three different technology areas over 18 months (that you get to choose!), but also immersing yourself in a culture of learning, collaboration and endless possibilities.

Picture yourself exploring a multitude of tech areas, from cybersecurity to data analysis, cloud migration, engineering, artificial intelligence (AI), all while discovering your passion and honing your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
