Our graduate Technology stream will expose a wide range of what we offer in Information Technology (IT), including Security, Software Development, Infrastructure Services, User Support and Service Management – all of which is essential to Aon operations as we grow.

Show us your strengths and we will work with our teams to select three, six month rotations unique to you. 

What To Expect During The Graduate Program

During your 18 month Launch experience, you will have committed people leaders guide you through each rotation, a Grad buddy who will share experiences with you, as well as support along the way from a senior business mentor and an assigned home business unit.

The program also offers study assistance and structured professional development sessions.

Application Requirements

To qualify for Launch, you must have graduated by the end of 2023 with a Credit or Above Average and have either Australian/New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency. Extracurricular or work experiences are highly regarded.

Employment Commencement Date
