Applications for the 2025 & 2026  APRA Graduate Program are now open

APRA is now accepting applications for the 2025 & 2026 Graduate Program. 

Our Graduate Program is one of the most in-depth and diverse in the financial services industry. 

Our 15-month program will jump start your career as a finance professional and provide you with an unparalleled view of the Australian financial sector. Through three five-month placements, you will have the opportunity to work closely with teams such as frontline supervision, risk, policy and advice, or data analytics. The program also includes an in-depth learning and development program that will help grow your technical and professional skills. 

Placements are available in our Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane offices.

Graduate Program eligibility 

You are welcome to apply to the APRA Graduate Program if you have:

• Australian citizenship (at the time of submitting this application). New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency NOT eligible.
• Completed your Bachelor degree prior to the end of 2024 (if applying for 2025) or 2025 (if applying for 2026)
• Completed an undergraduate degree in the past 4 years (i.e. 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024)
• Open to all qualification, with a number of graduates coming from disciplines across STEM, Economics, Econometrics, Commerce, Finance, Actuarial, Legal, Business, Arts, Accounting or Data Analytics.
• The ability to work from our Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne office
