About you

Throughout the application process, we strive to get to know the real you. We want to know what makes you your best, what you are passionate about and what you can bring to our organisation. The ‘About You’ section really should be written by you; we don’t have set guidelines.

  • Your Capabilities – We want to see what you can do, how you think and how you develop. This could be shown in many ways including how you communicate, how you analyse and solve problems or through your innovative thinking.
  • Your Experiences – Tell us what your life journey has been like so far and what the key highlights were. How did you adapt during your study? Were you involved in any university groups or were you working whilst studying?
  • Your Traits – What are your natural tendencies and what are you passionate about? Are you flexible, do you work effectively in team environments, do you assist in fostering an inclusive working environment?
