Your future team

Join Atlassian as an intern and spend your summer with us having impact on how millions of users collaborate and use software.

You will report to a manager in the Content Design team within the broader Design group. You'll work with writers, designers, developers, product managers, marketers, and support engineers to ensure that the stories we tell are consistent and create a great experience for our customers.

Pro tip: When you submit your portfolio, it really helps to share in each case study a little bit about the problem you’re trying to solve, the process you followed and why, and some of the reasoning behind your design decisions. This will help the team get to know more about how you work as a designer!

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

• Experience with user-focused design
• Ability to plan effectively while juggling multiple simultaneous projects
• Experience with collaborating with cross-functional team members, like engineers and product managers

Your background

• Be currently enrolled in a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD program and graduating by January 2026
