Graduate program salary and super
Once you complete the program, you’ll advance to the next APS level, and get a pay rise! Your salary will be $78,290, plus 15.4% super and, as an APS4 officer within the ATO, you can earn up to $84,971, plus 15.4% super.

What you’ll do
You’ll work collaboratively with a supportive team to consult, liaise and negotiate with a range of clients and partners on moderately complex technical or operational issues in relation to resource management functions.
You could:
- provide sound advice to stakeholders on financial management processes in line with agency and financial policy
- maintain and analyse data in relation to resource management activities to make administrative and operational decisions
- use functional and technical expertise to resolve issues, identify opportunities and translate financial processes into procedures.
You’ll receive tailored training and mentoring from subject matter experts to enable you to reach your full potential.

Who can apply
To be eligible to apply, you must have completed your university degree within the last five years or be in your final year of study. At the time of commencing our program, you must have completed all your course requirements.
The program starts in February 2025. You must be an Australian citizen and willing to undergo police, character and health checks as required.
