About the Vacation Program 

As a Vacationer with BDO (NTH QLD) you will have the opportunity to gain real world experience in a short-term program across the university holidays. Our Vacation Program offers insight into our service lines and teams, to help you understand the many career opportunities and pathways available to you at our firm.

Vacationers experience activities such as service line rotations and ‘day in the life’ workshops. You will be immersed into the culture of BDO (NTH QLD), participating in learning and development and the many social aspects of the firm, a few of which include health, wellness, and community giving activities. You will have access to Partners and Managers as well as being supported by your dedicated buddies along the way. A Vacation placement provides a potential pathway to Undergraduate and Graduate roles within BDO (NTH QLD).

We are seeking students who are interested in joining our Vacation Program in November/December 2024. Recognising that some universities schedules may extend beyond December, we are open to discussing an alternative date range with those specific applicants.  

About You | We welcome students who

· Are currently studying a relevant qualification, such as a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) or a Bachelor of Commence

· Can confidently communicate and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills

· Possess high levels of attention to detail 

· Are dynamic team players

· Are professional, organised, proactive and eager to learn

· Possess strong IT skills as well as willing and able to learn new technologies.
