What’s our Graduate Program about?

Ready to hit the ground running in February 2025, we’re looking for the best and brightest minds across Electrical Engineering.

Our teams of electrical engineers are dealing with big issues daily and leading the nation in finding new and innovative solutions.

Using data analytics, the latest technology, knowledge built through years of practical expertise, and the courage to experiment with new ideas.

Our graduate program will connect you to industry leaders and expose you to innovative projects and transformative industry change.

Our program is designed to offer the widest range of engineering opportunities and real industry changing experiences.

Over a three-year period you will undertake five specialised rotations, along with graduate development events and a graduate trip, developing wider business knowledge and networks, to give you maximum exposure and a truly immersive experience. Examples of these rotations may include Asset Management, Network Planning, Design, Distributed Energy Resources integration and Solar farm operations just to name a few.

It’s a very exciting time to be in the electricity industry.

You’ll choose your own path, but you’ll be fully supported along the way by a mentor, a holistic graduate program, managers and team leaders, and other graduates in our businesses.

At the end of the program, you’ll join a team in a permanent role that best matches your skills and interests, with business and opportunities. This program really is just the start of your career with us!

To be eligible, you’ll need to:

  • Graduate with an Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics undergraduate or master’s degree by the end of the 2024 academic year
  • Be prepared to commence full-time employment in February 2025 located within Melbourne
  • Have the right to work in Australia (please note for international applicants we will need to ensure you secure/have secured a subclass 485 or 189 working visa)
  • Have strong communication and analytical skills, enjoy working as part of a team, and are ready to kick start your career
  • Have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or greater
  • Be available to take part in an assessment day with us on the 22nd April 2024.
