Who are we?

CitiPower, Powercor and United Energy own and operate the electricity distribution networks servicing 1.9 million customers located across 65% of Victoria. In designing and delivering these services, our people are united by a real sense of purpose to empower customer choices in ways that are important for our communities and the environment.

What are we offering? 

Applications are now being accepted from Electrical Engineering students (or those with double degrees partnered with other disciplines) within their penultimate year who are motivated to join our 12-week paid 2023/2024 Summer Vacation Program based at either our CBD or Mount Waverley offices.  

This is your opportunity to learn from the best and really put your theories into practice. Our program will give you first hand experiences, you’ll be exposed to technical and interesting work on real life projects, and you’ll be working within teams of highly skilled professionals, solving problems and delivering outcomes.  

You’ll be supported in a workplace that's both dynamic and welcoming and where there's a focus on inclusivity, collaboration, and rewarding the individual and their aspirations.

To be eligible, you’ll need to:

• Have the right to work in Australia

• Be a student in your penultimate year of a Bachelor of Engineering degree or double degree.

• Be available for 12 weeks of full-time work between November 2023 and February 2024
