What’s our Graduate Program about?

Be part of the change. We’re looking for the best and brightest minds across three disciplines within our corporate and customer space to join us in February 2024. Each discipline presents with unique requirements and opportunities: 

•    Business strategy, innovation and customer experience

- Degree qualification in any field

- Versatile, enthusiastic and bright minded; not just academically

- Able to expeditiously build relationships

- Puts the customer at the centre to find solutions

•    Finance

- Qualification in accounting or a similar discipline

- Accounting concepts acquired from tertiary studies

- Sound communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a range of key stakeholders 

- Nimble with numbers, and enjoy story telling through data analysis

- The ability to take initiative and effectively problem solve, along with keen attention to detail

•    Regulation

- Qualification in economics, finance, commerce, law or public policy

- Persuasive and effective communicator 

- Understanding of microeconomics and basic quantitative analysis

- An interest in energy markets and public policy

Our graduate program will connect you to industry leaders and expose you to innovative projects and transformative industry change.

You will undertake rotations within your core discipline, along with developing wider business knowledge, to give you maximum exposure and a truly immersive experience. 

At the end of the program, you’ll have an opportunity to pursue a permanent role that best matches your skills and interests with business opportunities.

To be eligible, you’ll need to:

- Graduate from your Bachelor or Masters degree by the end of the 2023 academic year

- Be prepared to commence full-time employment in February 2024 in Melbourne

- Have the right to work in Australia (please note for international applicants, you will need to secure/have secured a subclass 485 or 189 working visa)

- Have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or greater

- Be available to take part in an assessment day with us if invited scheduled for late August 2023.
