You’ll bring your technical expertise and project management skills to the table, collaborating with multiple teams, sites, and operations across the country. With 400 roll forming machines spread across 40 sites nationwide, and 50+ projects in the pipeline ranging from machine installations to upgrades of existing equipment, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to sink your teeth into!

More About You

With your hands on approach and can-do attitude, you'll be someone who thrives on the challenge of understanding the intricacies of engineering solutions and possesses the ingenuity to lead us to into the future.  

You'll have:

• a tertiary degree qualification in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or similar
• a strong ability to build constructive and effective relationships
• well developed communication and influencing skills
• priority setting and time management skills
• a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of yourself and others
• some experience in a manufacturing or production line environment
