 About the Program

From day one as a Coles graduate, you’ll feel the connection your work has to our purpose, to "helping Australians eat and live better every day". You will be accountable for making decisions in providing food, drink and home solutions that are delicious, sustainable and healthy for our customers and ensuring to deliver a consistent experience for our customers every day, both in-store and online.

Our Store Support Centre (SSC), based in Hawthorn East in Melbourne, is the engine room of Coles Group and a dynamic and rewarding place to work.

Eligibility Criteria: You’ll be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or hold permanent residency at the time of application For our Store Support Centre Graduate Program, you’ll have completed a bachelor's degree before commencing the program
