About the Program:

From day one as a Coles graduate, you’ll feel the connection your work has to our purpose, to "helping Australians eat and live better every day". You will be accountable for making decisions in providing food, drink and home solutions that are delicious, sustainable and healthy for our customers and ensuring to deliver a consistent experience for our customers every day, both in-store and online.

Our Store Support Centre (SSC), based in Hawthorn East in Melbourne, is the engine room of Coles Group and a dynamic and rewarding place to work.

Choose from a variety of corporate streams: Marketing, Finance, Commercial, Property, Liquor, Supply Chain, Central Operations, Technology, Digital, People and Culture, Safety, Legal, Agribusiness and Own Brand. Now that’s food for thought!

Eligibility Criteria: You’ll be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or hold permanent residency at the time of application For our Store Support Centre Graduate Program, you’ll have completed a bachelor's degree before commencing the program.

International Students can apply within the Technology stream only. ​​​​​​​To be eligible for the program, you must hold a Temporary Graduate Visa (subclass 485) by October 31st 2024 that is valid until at least February 14th 2028.
