As a member of the CIMIC Group, CPB Contractors is a lead employer and participant in the CIMIC Group Graduate Program. 

This highly recognised program exposes graduates to world-class projects across a range of industries, including some of Australasia’s most significant construction operations with CPB Contractors. Graduates are provided with structured on-the-job training, a formal development program, guided learning plans and mentoring.

How it works 

Our graduates form part of the greater CIMIC Group Graduate Program. Over the two-year program, graduates will undertake two 12-month rotations, with placements in various roles, in projects across CPB Contractors.  

As a CIMIC Group graduate, you will receive structured, on-the-job training, guided learning plans and leadership mentoring. Having the opportunity to rotate across companies as well as projects provides you with greater opportunities to build your career. 

With support for your transition from student to professional from technical experts and mentors, we’ll challenge you with exciting projects and genuine responsibilities. We’ll expand your knowledge with professional development sessions to build your strengths, leadership skills and business acumen. And you’ll be exposed to a variety of projects and companies within CIMIC Group.
