Technical Consultant Intern

DXC Technology Australia is seeking highly motivated and talented Technical Consultant Graduates/Interns to join our dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals pursuing internships to gain hands-on experience and receive mentorship in a thriving technology environment. As a Technical Consultant Graduate/Intern, you will work closely with experienced professionals, participating in various projects to enhance your skills and contribute to real-world solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior consultants and project teams to understand client requirements and objectives.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of technical solutions.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and client interactions to gather requirements and provide support as needed.
  • Contribute to the design and documentation of technical architectures and solutions.
  • Support the testing, deployment, and integration of systems or applications.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
  • Document processes, best practices, and project-related information.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest and foundational knowledge in IT systems, software development, or technology consulting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with programming languages, databases, and/or IT infrastructure is a plus.
