About the role 

As a Supply Graduate you will be integrated into our Contracts and Procurement team to source relevant goods and services for Evolution. You will also be part of the full procure to pay cycle, supply chain, vendor relationship management, contracts management as well as the governance and administration required to ensure successful procurement outcomes.  

You will learn to develop a recognition of the different sourcing strategies, and over time be able to develop strategies that reflect the importance and value of items being procured. This will assist you in preparing source documents for market testing, using established policies and procedures to best participate in negotiations, as well as implementing and contributing to the development of contract management plans while resolving any issues that may occur to enhance business outcomes.  

A combination of Group Office (Sydney) and site-based rotations are expected throughout the program. 

About you 

It is also important that you have/can demonstrate:   

  • Demonstrated capability to coordinate numerous activities within a demanding environment. 
  • Proactive, energetic, ambitious and eager to learn 
  • People oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Strong team focus, collaboration skills and prepared to listen to feedback.  
  • Ability to be accountable for actions in the delivery of business outcomes

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills  
  • Strong attention to detail combined with critical and analytical skills 

Prerequisites: A Commerce, Business, Law, Economics or similar degree completed within the last three years.
