We know that positions can be confusing, leaving students wondering what their experience would be like if the joined. To be more open and transparent, and help you understand what a role with GHD might look like we’ve developed a series of Virtual Internships to help you start that journey.

What’s in it for you?

GHD, in partnership with The Forage, a global provider of job simulations, have developed a self paced Virtual Internship where you’ll start to explore what a career in Management Consulting looks like. You’ll hear from one of the Leaders in our team who’ll outline some of the topics we cover, as well as talking you through a bit more of what we do in GHD.

The Virtual Internship should only take you 4-5 hours to complete, and it can be done over a number of sittings to be as flexible as is possible.

What will you take away?

Each of our Virtual Internships has been developed to ensure you can practice and take away some tangible skills which will help aid you in your career. Some of those skills include:

• Critical & Creative Thinking
• Data Analysis
• Written Communication
• Presentations
• Issue Tree Development

What happens after you complete the Virtual Internship ?

Once you’ve completed the process with The Forage, you’ll receive a Digital Certificate as evidence of your completion, you can also post about your experience on LinkedIn – and definitely include it in your resume.

If you decide to then apply for one of our Graduate or Summer internship opportunities, we will ask you a question as to whether you’ve done one of our Virtual Internships previously, just another way your experience may help you start your career with us here at GHD.
