Outside of the technical development you’ll gain working within your team, you’ll also join GHD’s Graduate Development Program. The Graduate Program will connect you with graduates across Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.  It has been designed for future portability, so that no matter where your graduate position in GHD takes you, your learning experience will be impactful and consistent.

During the two-year program, you’ll learn about our business and our values, your team and most importantly, yourself. You’ll develop your decision-making, communication, technical and leadership skills and mentoring.
