Job description – Account Coordinator
The Account Coordinator will join the Account services team and work alongside the account manager offering a consistent and reliable client experience.

You will also play a key role in campaign management from start to finish and provide administrative and technical support where necessary.

Job responsibilities – Account Coordinator
The successful Account Coordinator will have the following tasks, but not be limited to:

  • Client service: support the account manager in meetings and ensure campaign operations are seamless
  • Campaign management: pre-campaign, campaign activation and end-of-campaign reporting and insights.
  • Administrative support: CRM management, updating documents, support with inbound queries
  • Technical support: implementation and troubleshooting of campaign issues
  • Product and industry knowledge: developing knowledge of the product suite and research into industry trends
