Job description  - Sales Development Representative
As a sales development representative, you will learn how to build a successful outbound sales strategy and hone your new business skills in a supportive team. You will interact with potential prospects from around the world and directly contribute to the building of the team and its success.

Job Responsibilities - Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative, you be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Reach out to prospective companies via email and phone
  • Contribute to the outbound sales activity
  • Attend sales demos
  • Onboard new customers 
  • Become an expert on ticketing, sales and the platform
  • Utilise software tools like HubSpot, Slack and GSuite
  • Meeting KPIs

There will be extensive training for your first 12-18 months with opportunities beyond to progress into management or move into a senior role across the social enterprise.

Job Requirements - Sales Development Representative

  • Excellent communicator, both written & verbal
  • Target-driven with a desire to exceed your goals
  • Passionate about making the world a better place
  • Proactive attitude 
  • Great problem-solving skills are highly desirable
  • Real willingness to learn
  • Any experience with Hubspot CRM and/or SaaS background is a plus (but not essential)
