As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.

As part of the Marketing and Communications team, you will inspire our people through storytelling and shared experiences to help them convey their big ideas. Hatch employees are encouraged to acquire, share, and use knowledge to sustain market advantage and drive business success. Our knowledgeable and motivated people ensure that Hatch will continue to tackle the world’s toughest problems for its clients. You will work with the team to develop and implement internal communications within the region and supporting global marketing campaigns.

You bring to the role:

You will be working towards Bachelor/Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline with a strong academic record. Candidates will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and will be collaborators with the ability to think laterally and innovatively to solve problems. You will also have an interest in exploring a future with a global consulting company and are committed to creating positive change.

The 12-week full-time program commences on 20 November 2023.
