We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Application Developer to join our Perth Digital Solutions team this summer. You’ll develop web and desktop applications using standard web technologies and assist in building client relationships through your high-quality delivery and client engagement skills. Experience in application development is required for this role. Knowledge of administering and developing spatial systems (GIS) is desirable. You’ll undertake a range of digital projects and in doing so you’ll demonstrate your ability in:

  • Knowledge of web server hardware, software, and network technology.
  • Building and maintaining databases (including SQL Server and Oracle).
  • Using a range of programming technologies.
  • Communicating with project manager on tasks completion and work pipeline.
  • Programming desktop and web-based solutions to specification and within agreed time frames.
  • Experience in spatial systems and data would be desirable.
  • The ability to develop applications using ESRI ArcGIS would be desirable.

Ideally, by January 2024 you’ll hold a university degree in Computer Science and/or Software Engineering. This is a unique role that requires applicants to hold the right to work in Australia.
